Q: How can I get my own line of Hair & Skin Care Products
A: Click on the “Stock Products” tab and review our different lines of Hair & Skin Care Products and corresponding price list. Then click on the “Kit Samples” tab and order the samples that match your requirements. Try these products out, then call our account executives (see “Contact Us” tab) for any questions. They will explain the whole process of “Private Label”. |

Q: Who takes care of the packaging?
A: We will take care of the packaging. All you have to do is choose the kind of components you wish to use (see “Packaging” tab. The chosen component will be printed, filled, packed, and shipped directly to you.

Q: I don't know what artwork will fit my product or company name. Will you help me with this?
A: We have an in-house art department that will work with you. You may discuss the nature of your company and the direction of the artwork that you want to take, and our artist will put this into the right graphics and artwork for your review and approval.

Q: What is the lead time to get the finished products?
A: The stock products featured in this site are readily available; however, the whole process will include the time spent to put together the artwork and the components chosen. Once the artwork is approved, it will take about 10 business days (shipping not included) and you will have your products.

Q: How do I reorder products?
A: You can fax your order or call us (see “Contact Us” tab). Since your artwork is on file, and we keep our “Private Label Products” in stock, we will be able to ship your products within 10 working days.

Q: How can I avail of discounts?
A: We do have an incentive program for volume orders. You may be given a discount or “free shipping”. Just give us a call, and we will discuss this with you further.

Q: Can we change the products to fit our specifications?
A: Changing the products (fragrance or color) is within the scope of “custom formulation”. We do have a department that takes care of this (see “contact us” tab). We can even create a whole new product for you. Just give us a call, and we will take care of it.

Q: Will this have the same minimum order requirement as the “Private Label” Products?
A: No, while the “Private Label” products have generally a four-dozen minimum order requirement, the minimum order requirement for “custom formulation” products is one drum, equivalent to 450 lbs. (which will make, for example, 900 8-oz containers, or 1,800 4-oz containers.

Q: Can I choose custom packaging for these products?
A: Custom packaging will be subject to our vendors’ minimum order requirements. We may be able to find suppliers who will work with lower minimum order requirements.
