David Ryngler, a visionary entrepreneur, founded TCI Laboratories in 1994 as a filling and printing company, with bulk products being made by an outside laboratory. Over the years, he expanded its facilities to accommodate its own formulation laboratory, concentrating on making high quality salon professional hair care products for private label. Eventually, it branched out into making custom formulation hair care products.
Having mastered the field of hair care, TCI Laboratories chemists started coming out with formulations for skin care, spa, and body care products as well. Eventually, the company began making O-T-C products such as: SPF (tanning) sprays, gels, creams and lotions, Sunscreen, Acne Treatment, Anti-Aging, Scar Treatment Creams, Skin Lightening and Anti-Perspirant Products.
After a decade, TCI Laboratories now occupies a lofty position as one of the premier contract manufacturing and private label companies in the country.
